This is apparently a 2014 Chinese map, which has an ISBN number 978-7-5330-0123-4, apparently this one. This is almost certainly copyrighted, and the file should be deleted.

Our lives are enhanced when we look at things from a different point of view. These maps are a glorious reminder of that elementary principle.
